Bellamy Young

Young's acting career began in the theatre. She was Mary The Life's first ensemble, she made her Broadway debut as Mary in 1997 on Broadway in 1997. She appeared Off Broadway on stage in Stephen Sondheim's musical Merrily We Roll Along (1994) and in Randy Newman's Faust, (1995-1996). The actress made her debut on television in the year 1995. She had a recurring part as the character Dr. Courtney Evans, NBC's daytime soap production Another World. The actress guest-starred on Law & Order in 1997 and 1998 in two role. In 1999, she made a film debut with a small role in the crime drama Black and White and later joined the cast of several independent movies. She began guest-starring in television comedies and dramas from the beginning of 2000. They comprised The Drew Carey Show and The X Files. From 2000 to in 2011, Young appeared in more than 30 guest appearances on TV shows. In 2003, Young was cast as a regular in Peacemakers, a USA Network show Peacemakers. The series was canceled after a season with nine episodes. She was a Deputy Dist. on the Lifetime series For the People. Atty. Agnes Hunt on NBC drama American Dreams in 2003 as Diane Shaw, Dr. Grace Miller on NBC Scrubs in 2004 as Monica West, Assistant State Attorney Monica West in CBS CSI: Miami between 2005 and 2006 as well as Ellen Darling on ABC soap Dirty Sexy Money in 2008-2009 as the youngest son-in law in the Darling Family.
